Priya Thaman

Priya Thaman has been Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) since December 2025 after holding the position ad interim since June.

Priya joined Clariant in 2022 as Head of Talent & Culture. She is an HR leader with over 20 years of experience in the field. Before joining Clariant, Priya has had several HR roles of increased responsibility at GE Capital, Intelenet Global Services, InterGlobe Enterprises, and most recently at Perfetti Van Melle, including Global HR Business Partner, Director Global Talent Management and HR Controller, while working in India and in the Netherlands.
