Independence from local event structure, flexibility and simplicity is the key. Clariant is utilizing existing trade show and rigg systems to be as cost-effective as possible.

Backstage areas shall be minimized and simplified as much as possible. The flooring, on large shows, being a major point of investment, needs to be as cost-effective and sustainable in terms of reusability as possible.

Less restriction more flexibility applies to our event. More space for private consultations and meetings on BZB events or a rather open platform for informal meet and greet at an event or airport lobby can be created.

Design elements - branding
The badge is used to brand all important sides of the live meeting for long distance awareness. It is positioned at the top of the structure. The logo marks the welcome desk or similar situation. Its application should be limited to the main point(s) of contact. The OR Code connects the visitors to Clariant Connect. It is used at the main point of contact and on the outside of the event.

Experience communication is the key to a successful live presentation. Even more personal it is giving our sales representatives and experts a touchpoint to show and explain the benefits of our product.
