Like a turbocharger Velsan™ SC boosts the effect of conventional preservatives. Based on reduced glucose from wheat or corn and the fatty acid from palm or coconut oil Velsan™ SC breaks open the cell membranes of the harmful microbes. This allows the preservatives to penetrate much more easily into the cell. They attack the bacteria and fungi from inside, causing the cell to die.
