Velsan CLC is a globally approved multifunctional booster suitable for various formulation incl. mild formulations. It provides moisturizing and skin conditioning benefits. Velsan CLC is boosting the preservation system in formulations with other multifunctional ingredients such as ethylhexylglycerin or traditional preservation solutions i.e. with phenoxyethanol. It has very good water solubility and is easy to use.
